- Your orders will be processed within 2 business days at the latest after payment confirmation.
- Orders processed are shipped within 3-5 business days.
Delivery time:
- Standard delivery times of cargo companies vary between 3-7 business days.
- The cargo tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail after your order is shipped.
Delivery Fees:
- Shipping is free for orders of 200 TL and above.
- For orders under 200 TL, the fixed shipping fee is 105 TL.
Delivery Regions:
- Delivery is made all over Turkey.
- For international deliveries, please contact our customer service.
Return and Exchange Policy
Return Conditions:
- Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Products to be returned must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
- An invoice must be presented for returns.
Return Process:
- Please notify your return request to [email protected] with your order number.
- Once your request is approved, you will be sent the necessary information for the refund.
- Send the products to us via the contracted cargo company.
- After we receive the returned products, your payment will be refunded to your credit card or bank account within 7 business days.
Exchange Conditions:
